30 × 40 cm · Acrylic and oil pastel on canvas · Original
When a mother ventures into the wild to hunt, she hides her young to keep them safe while she is away. For her cubs, those moments are filled with stillness, uncertainty, and trust. They wait, held by the instinct that she will return. And when she finally comes back with food, the joy of being reunited is all the greater. Perhaps love is a little like that. Sometimes, protecting someone means stepping away, and sometimes, the distance makes the return even more precious. Because no matter how far we wander, there is something extraordinary about knowing that someone will come back for us.
Series: Secrets of the Forest. This original artwork by Sabrina Tina Richter, painted with acrylic and oil pastel on canvas, is a unique one-of-a-kind piece and comes with a white wooden frame.
